All rates quoted are nett inclusive of 10% service charge and non-commissionable.
Rates quoted are only valid for stipulated events / travelling dates. Change of events / travelling dates
may subject to new rates.
A. Deposit Policy (For Group Booking)
Upon confirmation of reservation, the hotel requires a 50% deposit to be paid within 7 days in order to
secure reservations.
The balance of the payment must be made 3 working days before the function/arrival date.
B. Cut Off Date
In the event where your deposit has not been received within 7 days upon confirmation, the
Management reserved the right to release the said function room/room accommodation booking.
C. Cancellation
Cancellation after the initial deposit or full payment is made there is no refund by the resort
D. Early Departure
If any early departure, a full charges of the total seminar/accommodation room booked will be imposed.
E. No Show
For no show, a full payment of the seminar/accommodation room charges will be imposed.
F. Food and Beverage Attritions
Upon receiving the full payment for the seminar/accommodation room booking, no refund is allow for
reduction of the number of person.
G. Mode of Payment
Mode of payment can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card and E-Wallet.
H. Parking
Complimentary for in-house guest. Non-resident flat rate at RM 3.00 nett per car/entry.
Car parking space is subject to availability
