Check-in/Check-out Policies
This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Property and Cancellation Policies :
There shall be no reimbursement for any NO SHOWS, SHORTENED LENGTH OF STAYS or EARLY DEPARTURES. Full payment shall apply according to the dates that the reservation was made.

As per the guidelines from the Ministry of Health, all guests of 18 years & above need to have a fully vaccinated status. The definition of fully vaccinated is as per indicated in respective Mysejahtera app. The Resort reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest that do not comply with the guideline.
Arrivals to Cinta Manis Eco Resort ("CMER") after 22:00 are considered late. Kindly inform us at least one day in advance if you plan to arrive at or after 22:00, so we can arrange your check-in. Please note, CMER will not be liable for check-ins after 22:00 if no prior notice or arrangements are made.
Late check-out is chargeable and subject to availability
A refundable cash security deposit of RM100 will be collected upon check-in
All staying guests must register at the Front Desk upon arrival and to present their IC/Passport for The Resort’s records & verification purposes.
Guests will be issued a key that will be used to access the guestroom. Any lost key will be charged a replacement fee which to be paid at the Admin Reception.
Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the guests from the time of arrival to departure. Guests are responsible for ensuring the occupied room(s)are locked before leaving. CMER will not be held liable for any lost or damaged items.
Outside visitors are not permitted in the lodging area without management’s consent.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its belongings and will be required to cover the costs.
STRICTLY NO DRUGS ALLOWED. We have the right to ask our guests to leave CMER immediately should there be any suspicion.
Stay safe & be vigilant of your safety. We will not be held responsible for any injury, accident, damages, and loss that may occur to any person or your personal belongings.
Please keep your room and resort areas clean at all times. Ensure that all fixtures, contents, and furniture remain in the room as provided.
Turn off lights, air-condition, fans and/or any other appliances not in use to reduce the energy consumption of the resort.
All garbage must be disposed in bins provided.
This resort is a non-smoking facility. Guest(s) are only allowed to smoke at designated areas.
Please refrain from damaging or moving any furniture within the resort.
Do not leave any belongings unattended outside the room.
Park your car only at your designated spot only.
Access gates are usually locked and opened only for arriving and departing guests.
The following items are not allowed at Cinta Manis Eco Resort (CMER): pets (except guide dogs, hearing dogs, and registered assistance dogs), personal portable BBQ pits, electrical appliances or equipment for heating/cooking, catered food, firearms, weapons, fireworks, illicit substances, or drugs. Any such items found will be removed, refused entry, and possibly referred to the police. CMER reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items immediately without notice and charge for any costs, damages, or loss caused by non-compliance with CMER policies.
